Characteristics of Graphene Growth at Different Temperatures from the Benzene Ring Structure in Coal Tar

A large number of aromatic substances can be found in so-called coal tar (containing >10,000 individual compounds), which is a mixture heavy liquid fractions (dense viscous black liquor, tended to solidification) obtained after the pyrolysis (solid product—coke, gas products, and light products are also produced during process). Volatile monocyclic hydrocarbons, naturally occurring tar, exploited as premium raw materials for production graphene by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). Moreover, chemicals (compounds with benzene rings) produce at lower temperatures than other small-molecule feedstocks (for growth via methane gas, temperature must least 900 °C). The intermediate reaction mechanism involved creation from various ranges hydrocarbons ring structures has long been fascinating enigma. Accordingly, this paper, we analyze pattern different 300 °C. For synthesis range (300~600 °C), analytical experiments show that rings (almost) do not crack phase process. Thus, structure directly coupled into above range.
